Join this in-person and online Community Consultation Meeting to learn more about the proposed development application for a new 10-storey infill residential building at 1337-1355 King St. W. The existing apartment building (Phoenix Place) at 1355 King St. W. will be fully retained on the site.
A total of 92 affordable rental housing units are proposed, including 10 rental replacement units in 5,500 square metres of residential floor space. A total of 8 parking spaces with access from Dunn Ave.
This is the community’s opportunity to share your thoughts and give feedback to the Councillor, city staff and the developer (Parkdale United Church Foundation). To attend this meeting either in-person or virtually please register below.
